Hospitality Sales Executive
A world class opportunity presents itself at our 5* client in the Hospitality sector for a vibrant, career and goal driven individual to join their SALES TEAM.
Duties & responsibilities summary:
Liaises with clients in order to book conferences and events at the property
Provides property support by coordinating and executing site inspections/visits
Verifies that the business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for quality service delivery
Pulls through business booked as well as achieves group revenue goals by actively up-selling each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity
Implements the brand’s service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales process and drives customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience
Minimum requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Degree or diploma in marketing/business management advantage
2 Years previous experience in the Hospitality Industry in a sales role
Accommodation/hotel rooms and conference sales experience essential
Sales calling experience essential i.e. not banqueting co-ordination
Previous experience of managing a CRM system
Willingness to travel
Dynamic and goal driven personality
Own vehicle with valid driver’s license
Open to South African citizens only
Salary on offer: R20 000pm + Car allowance + Cell allowance
