Responsible for all;
- hotel services and daily operations including guest relations, arrivals/departures, reservations, front desk, and housekeeping.
- maintenance, revenue management, budget management, team building, and employee development and HR (Recruiting, salaries, staff contracts & documents).
- +10 years experience in hospitality
- Must be able to work shifts / weekends / public holidays
- PMS & reservations experience
- Extensive knowledge of OTAs (Booking.com, tour operators, etc.)
- Attention to detail & strong organizational skills
- Proven track record working in a fast-paced environment
- Own transport
