Hotel Head Chef-Benoni

Chef needed for Hotel in Benoni. Looking for individuals with 8+ years relevant chef experience. Experience in a Hotel environment essential.  Must be able to coordinate and manage complete kitchen operation. Main focus will be food preperation and quality control. Must be proficient in all types of food delivery. Will be responsible for kitchen control systems, food cost and stock management. Candidates will be expected to train and manage staff. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Ability to manage multiple kitchens on one property very important.
