We seek to employ the service of a receptionist who will be responsible for greeting our visitors and providing exceptional customer service assistance.
Duties
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
Notifies company staff of visitor arrivals
Maintains security and telecommunications system Informs visitors by responding or submitting inquiries
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
