Customer service related job. I do have a customer service skills, I have worked with different customers from different background and I do get along with them. I understand and value customer needs and customer satisfaction. I have studied Tourism Management but I couldn't finish my diploma due to financial constraints but I have managed to obtain a certificate in Galileo whereby I can work as a reservationist in the airlines, hotels, car rentals and also in a travel agency.

I am a hard working person alway eager to learn knew things. I’m also a fast learn and when I am doing something I do with with care, love and with passion. When I’m in a work place I always stand to be corrected and to do my to my full pontential.
