Job Description
We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals, including Cleaners, Kitchen Helpers, and Housekeepers to join our team in Romania.
Requirements.
Matriculation or equivalent qualification.
Experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively with a team.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities.
As a Cleaner, Kitchen Helper, and Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of hotel rooms, spa, restaurant and other areas within a wellness centre.
Cleaning and House Keeping:
- Vacuuming and mopping floors.
- Dusting and polishing furniture.
- Changing bed sheets and towels.
- Familiarity with infection control practices, especially in areas where health and wellness services are provided.
- Cleaning bathrooms thoroughly.
- Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, especially in wellness centers where client confidentiality is crucial.
Kitchen:
- Removing and properly disposing of kitchen waste.
- Assisting with receiving and storing food deliveries.
- Operating dishwashing equipment.
- Washing and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
- Ensuring that all kitchenware is properly cleaned and stored.
- Supporting Chefs in various tasks.
- Retrieving and delivering ingredients or tools as needed.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, contributing to a supportive and uplifting atmosphere in the kitchen.
- Following instructions from senior kitchen staff.
