Ability to work under pressure and in a changing environment. Good verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to work independently. Must be able to perform night duty. Duties Attend to call-outs at night and over weekends or when requested. Render quality customer care. Supervise the staff living in the residence. Do daily floor inspections. Identify maintenance issues and report to workshop. Report directly to the supervisor. Manage all aspects of accommodation and the residence. Ensure security, confidentiality, privacy, and safety of residents. Can you work under pressure and in a changing environment? Are you able to work independently and perform night duty?
