Looking for a housekeeping supervisor in Cape Winelands.
Job responsibilities:
- Assisting to manage the HK team and assuring the highest degree of quality guest care is maintained at all times in all areas.
- Assist in staffing, scheduling, training and developing of staff.
- Ensuring standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness are maintained throughout the farm buildings and surrounding area and control costs relating to products used in the department.
Job requirements:
- Must have valid driver's licence.
- At least 2 years experience in a Senior Housekeeping position.
- Well spoken and able to communicate and run a team.
- Must have legal working status.
- Working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
- Can work shifts and within easy travelling distance to work. We are between Stellenbosch & Franschhoek.
