Job description
- Communicate and assist HCDS with relatwed training and admin
- File and Archive all HR and training related document.
- Generate Reorts( e.i data capture)
- take msssage and training related calls.
- Assist with management of all experiencial and management trainees.
- Take minutes at LTC meetings and follow up and report on actions.
- record all training attendance and costs including department budget cost on database monthly (SAP/LMS)
- Run necessary reports that pertain to the position.
- Create training/ service requisition.
- Process training/ service invoices.
- File education assistance contracts.
- Order stationery.
