HR admin & recruitment cocoordinator is needed in East London.
Job responsibilities:
- The candidate will be required to assist the HR Department with admin and recruitment duties and functions.
- Recruitment & Selection
- Advertising of vacant positions
- Short listing CV’s
- Setting up of interviews
- Coordinating and facilitating the assessment procedure of the candidates
- Regret unsuccessful candidates
- ITC checks
- Reference checks
- Opening of files for new starters
- Ensure new employees receive their starter pack
- Ensure HR documents are up to date and filled timeously
- Scanning and filing of employee documentation
- Ensure all new starters have completed their goal setting meeting
- Audit employee files
- Update employee files
- Training and development administration
- Assist with the induction training
Job requirements:
- We require a pro-active, ‘hands on’ individual who must be able to multitask and display a ‘service delivery mentality’
- Well developed people skills
- Computer abilities in MS Office
- Results and commission driven
- Works well under pressure
