Job Title : Human Resource Administrator – Phoenix / Verulam
CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To co-ordinate and support all divisions with Human Resource administration, recruitment and selection, training and development and internal communication.
PRINCIPLE DELIVERABLES

- Upkeep of employee documentation on file
- Co-ordination of all HR administrative related functions
- Co-ordination of Training & Development
- Develop a training needs analysis
- Co-ordination and implementation of the skills development process
- Co-ordination of the Recruitment and Selection process
- Develop job profiling and co-ordinate assessments
- Co-ordination of Induction programme
- Facilitation and documentation of induction process
- Review and development of policies and procedures
- Development of new policies
- Review and updating of existing policies
- Development of employee acknowledgement and recognition programmes
- Communication
- Industrial Relations correspondence
- Performance Management
- Development of KPA’s and KPI’s
- Research and Development
- Surveys and benchmarking
QUANTITATIVE DIMENSIONS
- Payroll
- Headcount of staff in each division
- Budgets
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Human Resource Administration
- Handle all administration pertaining to benefits
- Maintenance of employee files for salary staff
- Updating of all records
- Keep records, files and statistics of all employees(new, discharged, transfers, disabilities, deceased)
- Assist employees with pension and provident fund queries, payments, loans etc.
- General typing
- Minute taking
- Report writing
- Drafting of memos.
- Administering and filing of CV’s (all short listed CVs to be filed for a period of six months)
- Generation of letters of offer of employment, employment contracts, training contracts etc.
- Completion of contracts and tenders with respect to information pertaining to HR
- Development and design of the Company organogram within each division and the group
Knowledge:
- Human Resource Diploma / Degree
- At least three years generalist experience within the Human Resources Department
- Sound knowledge of all relevant labour legislation(BCEA, LRA, OSHA,
- COIDA etc)
NOTE: MUST HAVE BUTCHERY/ RETAIL/ LIQUOR STORE EXPERIENCE
