Main Purpose Of The Job

To provide comprehensive human resources services and expert professional advice and support to all clients as well as the employees.

Key Performance Areas
  • Facilitate the full HR Administrative function for all clients
  • Provide advice and assist with industrial relations, disciplinary inquiries, grievances, Exit interviews and all other HR operational requirements
  • Process and capture all new employees, existing employee transfers, promotions, terminations, and other HR-related services.
  • Prepare and gather all required HR Administration within deadlines
