We are seeking an adaptable and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in finance and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have experience managing contracts, and invoicing. Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Administration: Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate payments, even if traditional payroll systems are not in place.
- Invoicing: Oversee and process client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Contracts Management: Handle employee and client contracts, ensuring all details are accurate.
- Onboarding Communication: Facilitate onboarding communications, including preparing and sending relevant emails to new team members.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure all compliance is completed accurately and promptly.
- Proven experience in HR administration and finance, with a focus on payroll and contracts.
- Strong background in accounting or finance is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Great attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with invoicing and contract management.
