HR Assistant: International division
This role is suited for a candidate who has a completed HR qualification or studying towards and at least 3 years working experience. The candidate will be responsible for the end-to end HR Admin functions for employees based abroad.
Key duties includes:
- Payroll :Capturing information and compile monthly payroll
- Employee benefits administering
- Ensure contracts are in placed
- Handling all Employment contracts and queries
- Recruitment and Selection ( administration and advertising)
- Reporting on employee status; work permits; visas and ad-hoc reports
- Minutes of meeting
- Attend to queries
