Key Responsibilities
- Support the Central team with all HR related activities
- Ensure the Central HR team operates efficiently and aligns with the business objectives
- Ensure the Central HR team facilitates and supports Employee Engagement processes and initiatives including Reward and Recognition programs, Occupational Health Index Surveys, etc
- Effective management of the Central HR team
- Efficient and accurate management of the administration process including leave, IOD, filing, HR system, etc.
- Accurate and timeous submission of the monthly payroll
- Management and engagement with the full recruitment function
- Management and engagement with the full Industrial Relations function
- Facilitation of the full performance management process
- Accurate and timely submission of monthly reports
- Assisting with Training for the branch and monthly induction program
- Assisting with CSR activities and employee wellness programs
- Driving and supporting the ongoing national and global projects and initiatives as and when necessary
- Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12)
- Degree in Human Resources or similar qualification and/or experience
- Excellent knowledge of local labour laws LRA, BCEA, EEA, OHSA.
- At least 4 years experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Manager
- At least 4 years' experience managing an HR team of 3-5 staff members
- Must be willing to travel
- Valid Code 08 drivers license and own reliable transport essential
