HR Business Partner
Cape Town | On-site
Providing generalist HR services, you will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition management to obtain the best industry talent and ensure staff have memorable experiences whilst working at the hotel. In conjunction with the L&D Manager, you will coordinate all aspects of learnership and traineeship programmes, including learner management.
Part of your role will be to manage the annual performance management process and assist with implementing wellness initiatives. Aside from being responsible for induction programme rollout, you will partner with operational managers to provide HR support and development.
Along with your Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, you have 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role in a similar-sized business with MS Office proficiency at an intermediate level.
An excellent communicator, you demonstrate proficiency on SAGE 300 People with an understanding of labour legislation. Knowledge and exposure to processes associated with BBBEE management will see you far in this role.
