Job Purpose
Create a positive employee experience through delivery of efficient and effective HR services, practices, and procedures.
Along with Senior HRBP, act as a consultant to Business Leaders and employees on all HR matters.
Key Accountabilities
Support the business in developing a strong performance culture
- Implement the performance management process, ensuring compliance across business units.
- Promote ongoing performance management by ensuring that regular performance discussions take place.
- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
- Provide recruitment support by managing the recruitment, selection, and placement process in line with the companys policy
- Manage onboarding processes, e.g., communication of new joiners, arranging for work tools, office space etc. and HR induction
- Human Resources Administration
- Manage the capturing of HR information and data into the HR system and assure the integrity of data.
- Provide advice and information to business leaders and employees on HR policies and procedures and address all HR queries within agreed timelines.
- Manage terminations and exit interviews.
- HR Initiatives
- Drive HR initiatives and projects.
- Reinforce Policies & Practices Promptly escalate and assist to resolve issues.
- Implement Wellness initiatives.
- Partner with COE to implement processes/projects/initiatives.
- Employee Relations
- Provide advice to managers on disciplinary and grievance matters and support with investigations.
- Handle logistics for disciplinary, grievance and performance hearings/meetings.
- Support the execution of labour practices and policies within the business unit
- Learning and Development
- Support in the TRB process - participate in discussions with business leaders, collating data and information in a talent deck
- Support to identify the learning and development needs and facilitate implementation of relevant programs
