We are looking to recruit an HR Business Partner to provide an HR generalist service.
Key Responsibilities Of This Role Will Include
- Management of all activities to ensure compliance with employment equity legislation and company policies and processes.
- Management of all IR processes including management training, workers committee meetings, disciplinary and grievance processes and reporting
- End to end management of all talent acquisition to obtain the best industry talent and ensure staff have memorable experiences whilst working at the hotel.
- In conjunction with the L&D Manager, coordinate all aspects of learnership and traineeship programmes including learner management.
- Join the wellness committee and assist with the implementation of wellness initiatives.
- Partner with operational managers to provide HR support and development.
Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources Management (Diploma or Degree)
3 5 years experience in a similar role in a similar sized business
MS Office proficiency at intermediate level
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
Demonstrated proficiency on SAGE 300 (People) (preferred)
Excellent understanding of labour legislation and knowledge and exposure to processes associated with the management of BBBEE is advantageous.
