The Role: HR Data Management Specialist

The Location: Argentina, Philippines, Pakistan, South Africa
The Team
- Team mainly focuses on Mass Data load via EIB (Every life cycle event changes) in the HR HCM system (workday) with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Updating every data which adheres to the set of data audits & compliance in place.
- Resolving queries from stakeholders, managers, employees, Internal HR functions with desired results.
- Works closely with HR technology team on various solutions/projects etc.,
- Responsible for various Data Audits (Internal & External), quality checks and integrity of data.
- Provides assistance and support to HR department on standard data/system requests and questions.
- Runs ad-hoc reports to meet specific needs.
- Participates in testing of new modules/updates of HR system.
- Provides input on areas to improve documentation and communication between HRIS and HR function.
- Monitors HR systems to ensure data integrity by auditing and correcting data issues within system.
- Monitors HRIS needs and designs, tests and implements new or modifies existing systems functionalities to meet changing requirements.
- Ensures integrity of HR databases, system functionality and reporting and provides data support/solutions to the HR function.
- Processes the organization's HR data & information using the most efficient and accurate.
- Provides query resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies and practices
- Masters the use of ServiceNow and Workday as tools to effectively deliver HR Services Operations -related activities
- Takes accountability and ownership of business processes.
- Completes assignments accurately, timely, and efficiently; ensures high quality
- Conveys a positive and professional image in the workplace
- Possesses appropriate expertise to perform job at a professional level, and takes opportunities to increase knowledge of relevant job requirements
- Takes ownership and accountability in identifying & implementing end-to-end initiatives in response to the opportunities presented in daily operations
- Knowing the SOX Audit importance and requirements.
- 1-5 years experience as HRIS specialist or similar role
- Solid HRIS system skills, preferably Cloud-based system (Workday).
- Customer service, interpersonal, confidentiality and communication skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Solid Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented and good organization skills.
- MS office work knowledge and experience.
- Strong advanced MS Excel, Data Analysis Skills
- Any Graduation / Post Graduation with 1 to 5 years of Experience
