Ensure compliance with the Human Resources Department
Hiring of staff
Managing staff HR enquiries, including leave administration.
Managing staff files and ensure compliance with ethics and good practice
Managing HR requirements for visiting students, postgraduate fellows, and honorary researchers
Oversee staff induction processes at the Unit.
Conduct exit interviews
Perform annual review with Director for salary increases and bonuses.
Oversee disciplinary procedures
Support financial officer with procurement
Manage the “Fun Force” to boost staff morale, collaboration across projects, and staff capacity development
Form part of the management team to support projects and project coordinators
