Salary: Up to R25 000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Induction and Onboarding:
- Conducting comprehensive induction programs for new employees.
- Facilitating smooth onboarding processes.
- Data Capturing and Submissions:
- Accurate and timely capturing of employee data.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant submissions and reporting.
- Recruitment:
- Assisting in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.
- Industrial Relations (IR):
- Handling day-to-day employee relations matters.
- Assisting in conflict resolution and fostering positive workplace relationships.
- Disciplinary Procedures:
- Supporting disciplinary processes and documentation.
- Assisting in conducting hearings and maintaining records.
- Payroll Support:
- Coordinating with the payroll department for accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Assisting in resolving payroll-related queries.
- General HR Support:
- Providing general HR administrative support as required.
- Assisting in HR policy implementation and updates.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Experience working as an HR Generalist, handling various HR functions.
- Familiarity with induction, onboarding, recruitment, IR, disciplinary procedures, and payroll.
- Prior experience managing a staff complement of 300 - 500.
- Preferably BBBEE (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment) compliance knowledge or experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
