HR Generalist Assistant
Job Description:
Support the Financial Manager with salary reviews
Advise, implement and administer Company Compensation Benefits
Recruitment of staff ie. advertise, screening, interviewing and recommendations to Managers
Staff performance management duties such as appraisals (bi-annually), identifying job training, identified future management potentials etc.
Responsible for exit management and coordinating exit interviews
Responsible for the administration of benefits and allowances including UIF and MIBFA
Monthly HR Reports
Ad-hoc duties such as updating of staff files, assisting line managers with regards to policies and procedures and implement all HR strategic goals
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in HR Management
- Minimum of 3 years relevant HR experience
- Experience in IR / labour relations / union Valid drivers licence with own transport
- Must be willing to travel interaction will be advantageous
- Literate on Sage Pastel
