  • MS Word, Excel, Internet, VIP Payroll
  • 5 years experience is a related position
  • Freight Industry is preferred not essential

  • Proven Administrative ability
  • Ability to work on own initiative, prioritize work and handle pressure

Job responsibilities:

  • Compiling Report for WSP and ATR Submissions
  • Chairing training committee
  • Maintaining training documentation file
  • Arranging training required
  • Compiling documentation for Hearings
  • Investigation process
  • Initiating Hearings
  • Compiling documentation for EE and BBBEE submissions
  • Sound knowledge of legislative requirements
  • Arranging interviews
  • Reference and Criminal check
  • Induction
  • Record Keeping
  • Responsible for legislative compliance
  • Conducting health and safety audits
  • Record keeping / Filing
  • General administration and implementation of HR related matters
