- 5 years experience is a related position

- Compiling Report for WSP and ATR Submissions
- Chairing training committee
- Maintaining training documentation file
- Arranging training required
- Compiling documentation for Hearings
- Investigation process
- Initiating Hearings
- Compiling documentation for EE and BBBEE submissions
- Sound knowledge of legislative requirements
- Arranging interviews
- Reference and Criminal check
- Induction
- Record Keeping
- Responsible for legislative compliance
- Conducting health and safety audits
- Record keeping / Filing
- General administration and implementation of HR related matters
