Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization's goals and objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support
- Partner with senior leaders to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment and retention strategies
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment
- Oversee the performance management process and provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees
- Collaborate with the learning and development team to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and competencies
- Manage the HR budget and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Experience in the gambling or similar industry is advantageous
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
