Job description:
Purpose of the role: The HR Manager will be an integral part of the Helios Towers South Africa team with joint responsibility for creating a strategic HR function by developing the strategies, policies, procedures and actions plans to build high performing teams and key capabilities to drive the organizational performance. The role holder will be responsible for building & overseeing the HR team while working closely with the Group HR Department to embed Helios Towers values of integrity, partnership and excellence in to all aspects of the HR function in accordance with the objectives of the Groups Sustainable Business Strategy.
