A well established company requires the service of a full time HR manager to join our management team. Preferably someone who who can communicate fluently in both isiZulu and English.
Job description
Performing all HR work. Taking full charge of all office work.
Administration of all labour related matters including recruitment, terminations, disciplinary of employees
Managing payments, benefits and leave for employees, employment equity and workplace skills plan.
Compile and update employees details
Administration of time and attendance
Administration of insurances, claims, vehicle licensing, finance applications, credit applications,
processing of orders and reconciliation of deliveries
Minimum Requirements (including but not limited to)
HR Diploma from recognised institution (will be verified)
10 years experience
The candidate should have good communication skills, good at organizing and time keeping.
Ability to communicate effectively and work systematically.
Exceptional management skills.
Understanding of labour matters including Workmans compensation, employment equity, employee take-on and termination procedures and requirements, etc,
Understanding of debtors and creditors,
Persons residing at or around Pinetown.
Contract duration:
6months with possibility of extension based on performance.
