- Manage payroll for staff.
- Induction, exit, performance, absenteeism, talent OD & change management.
- HR administration and reporting.
- Employee and labour relations.
- HR & Plant Strategies.
- Recruitment, selection and assessment.
- Employee well-being and wellness.
Job requirements:
- HR degree/diploma or relevant qualification.
- At least 5-10 years in an HR management position.
- Passionate about people management.
- Experience in all of the above mentioned areas
- Strong effective communicator in writing, business presentations and in interpersonal communication.
- Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
- Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality in interpersonal interaction.
- Strong commitment to and interest in employee relations and communication.
- Ability to lead in an environment of constant change.
- Experience in organization development and change management.
