Experienced HR Officer
Minimum Requirements
Tertiary qualification in HR and IR
A minimum of 5 years experience in HR and IR
A minimum of 3 years experience in managing Labour Brokers
Must have strong Administrative skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Industrial Relations:
Will act as and early warning system with regard to possible disputes and work stoppages and deal with issues proactively prior to escalation where possible
Dispute resolution and strike handling

Legal Compliance
Site IR Structures
Disciplinaries
Ensure personnel admin on site is effectively carried out with continuous monitoring and corrective action is taken immediately and reported on monthly
Proactively pursue continuous improvement in the IR structure set up and ensure disputes are addressed timeously
Facilitate disciplinary action and ensure legal compliance is acted and reported on
Labour Broker Management:
Ensure on-going monitoring of broker's activities on site, to ensure adherence to requirements and swift corrective action is taken when necessary

Dealing with timesheets promptly, necessary rectifications requested and followed up, approvals given and early/timeouts submission takes place monthly
