Job Description
- Coordinate timeous scheduling of disciplinary hearings
- Coordination and administration of IR processes (disciplinary hearings, grievances, absentee counselling)
- Empower managers with required skills to manage and maintain sound industrial relations
- Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants
- Resolve queries (in conjunction with HR Admin) - salaries, benefits and other pertinent information
- Liaison with NBC for employee benefits queries
- Provide HR Support service to line managers
- Interpret and explain HR policies and procedures (leave, study, disciplinary and grievance procedures)
- Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personal activities
- Recommend remedial actions to line HR queries
- Ensure accurate submission to time and attendance records
- Record keeping of employee personal information and upkeep of personal file
- Coordinate production meetings with relevant parties
- Record minutes of production meetings
- Resolving HR related items
- Coordinating recruitment process, align the process with the plant EE plans
- Ensure recruitment administration is complying to set standards
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources will be an added advantage
- Diploma in Human Resources
- Up to 2 years of experience in human resources environment
