HR Officer Manufacturing

You will play a critical role in independently managing key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, compliance, and training.
This position ensures HR processes are aligned with business goals while fostering a positive and legally compliant work environment. You will act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters, supporting employees and management through sound decision-making, effective problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
You must hold a degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field, with 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
A deep understanding of labour laws and best practices, alongside the ability to independently manage HR functions, is essential.
Key competencies include strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, exceptional organisational and time-management skills, and proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
You will be adept at building employee engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving HR initiatives that contribute to broader organisational objectives while ensuring full legal compliance.
