RequirementsWe are seeking an experienced HR Officer to manage and oversee all human resources functions at our plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and development, HR administration, performance management, recruitment, and employee relations.
Minimum Requirements:- Education: Matric (Grade 12) and a qualification in Human Resources.
- Experience: 5+ years in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to handle conflict.
