Looking to employ a HR officer in Limpopo.
Job responsibilities:
- Candidate will be required to plan, develop, implement, direct and administer all aspects of the organization’s personnel and payroll functions within specific departments
- Co-ordinate recruitment activities
- Supervise orientation of new employees
- Analyze the skills & qualities required for each particular job and develop job descriptions
- Direct the administration of staff benefit programmers
- Process monthly billings and serve as a resource person on staff benefits
- Co-ordinate activities between the company & insurance carriers
- Direct payroll administration, process monthly salaries & complete IRP5 certificates for staff.
- Provide advice & information to management & employees on personal policies & procedures
- Advise management on work matters, career development and industrial matters
- Help put in place organizational changes
- Write, update and issue procedures, and maintain the Company’s Procedures Manual
- Prepare and process employment and personal reports and surveys
- Monitor & co-ordinate all aspects of the company’s affirmative action program & skills development program
- Training and skills development
- Training requirement assessment
- Training planning
- Training monitoring
- Conducting staff training if required
- Complete Workplace Skills Plan & Annual Training Report as required by ISETT SETA
