HR Operations Partner
To provide comprehensive and pragmatic Operational HR Support to Managers and Senior within a business context in line with company policies, procedures, legal requirements in order to create commercially focused solutions on people issues in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong professional relationships with Management teams and participate in Senior Management Team meetings
- Provide commercially focused advice and support to Managers on all Employee Relations issues in line with Company procedures including disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence issues
- Raise awareness of current and new Employment Legislation as well as other corporate initiatives
- Produce Monthly HR report and HR statistics, strong
- Identify trends and proactively address issues of high turnover, sickness and cost savings within the Business unit
- Lead the HR work stream on ad hoc projects e.g. restructuring, change management, Group HR initiatives
- Assist in adhoc projects/initiatives on behalf of the Group HR team
- Networking and building relationships within the wider HR team
- Must reside in Cape Town
- Matric
- Required Qualification: Human Resource Management/BCOM/Diploma in HR (Completed)
- 6-12 Months (In-service training completed)
