We are currently seeking to employ an energetic and sharp- minded HR Practitioner on a Fixed term contract. This is a role within the HR Team where you will be responsible for:
- Recruitment and selection within area of responsibility as per company policy
- Providing advice, guidance and support to line managers in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, such as management of poor performance, absenteeism, sick leave and disciplinary cases
- Completing documentation for purposes of capturing employee movements across the operation
- Assisting the HR Advisor in implementation of the medical incapacity process, by ensuring relevant documentations are completed, and all relevant parties in the process are adhering to the guidelines of the medical incapacity process
- Providing high-quality and professional service to HR colleagues and service users
- Providing support for section invoices, relocation initiations and auditing of files
- Preparing required correspondence and documentation using follow-up document system to ensure deadlines are met and relevant documents are processed timely
- Ensure data integrity through auditing and maintenance of the relevant HR systems
Qualifications:
- Grade 12
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Human Resources or industrial & Organizational Psychology
Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in a HR
- Experience and competent in the use of SAP HR, Advance Excel and MS Office Package
- Valid South African Drivers license
