MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To support a holistic human resources employee enablement service utilising human resources tools and services to facilitate a positive, sustainable employee experience within a value-based culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Enable optimal workforce management system usage
Facilitate shared service
Coordinate employee wellness, engagement initiatives and related events
Enable transformation through fair HR practice
Required Education
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Advanced National Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources
