Requirements include:
- HR degree/diploma
- 5 years proven experience as HR/Recruitment officer
- Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, performance management, training and development, administrative related tasks)
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
