Whats the role?

You Will Be Responsible For

Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify and resolve issues.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal functioning.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls.
Perform minor repairs on plumbing systems, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.
Conduct basic electrical repairs such as replacing light fixtures, outlets, and fuses.
Handle general carpentry tasks, including door repairs, furniture assembly, and minor structural repairs.
Supervise and coordinate renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Oversee external contractors and service providers, ensuring work is performed to company standards.
Schedule and manage routine maintenance activities to minimize disruptions to operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
Maintain and update maintenance logs and records, including inspection reports and repair documentation.
Conduct safety inspections and training sessions for staff to promote a safe working environment.
Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute facility improvement projects.
Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
