HR Support Administrator
R18 000 - R20 000 Per Month
Key responsibilities:
- Payroll administration for all full-time staff
- Manage all supplier / analysts payments
- Coordinate the audit process through working with all relevant parties to ensure that this is completed in a timely and compliant fashion
- Oversee the administration for all HR & recruitment aspects of the business.
- Office Management includes liaising with building management for repairs, workplace safety, manage the office supplies, and assist with travel bookings and adhoc duties as required.
- 4-5 Years relevant payroll and finance administration experience required
- HR and Office support experience highly advantageous!
- Experience in being part of an annual audit process and building relationships with auditors
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with using various accounting packages
- Knowledge and experience of the application of accounting principles e.g. accruals accounting, cut-off, analysis of costs, purchase ledger/accounts payable
- Experience with online banking
- Experience in working with a foreign-based HQ
