Main purpose of the role
The HSE Graduate is responsible for assisting the plant HSE Manager to implement Faurecia HSE Programmes and requirements to ensure Legal compliance per legislation and the application of the Group HSE policy and procedures.
Essential Responsibilities And Duties
- Conduct internal HSE measurements inspections and audits to analyse the risks and bring solutions to improve the woring conditions , level of industry safety, the culture and the respect for the environment.
- Propose and annual HSE Action Plan to the site management
- Coach and support the employees in HSE practices and requirements
- Participate in the Faurecia's Network
- Monitor and ensure implementation of legal compliance and manage the sistes relations with local government and regulatory organisation.
- Monitor the reporting of the HSE indicators ( Environmental , Safety Incidents , )
- Organise and drive HSE audits and trainings
- Conduct accidents/ incident investigation.
- Create Reports
- Perfom Risk Assessments
- Process purchase requisitions

- Education: National Diploma/ Degree in Safety Management / Environmental Management
- Knowledge and experience :
