Human Resource Manager/Consultant is needed in Randburg.
Job requirements:
- Advice and assist/guide managers and staff to ensure sound people management practices and manage the implementation of Human Resources interventions
- Postgraduate B degree or NQF equivalent with Industrial Psychology / Human Resources Management.
- Registered Psychometrist (preferable)
- Min 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources consulting role as a HR Generalist
- 3 - 4 years at middle management level
- Key Competencies (Skills, knowledge and personal attributes)
- Thorough understanding and in-depth knowledge of Human Resources best practices
- Assertiveness and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Planning and organising skills
- Display technical expertise and pro-actively apply theory to evaluate current processes and recommend changes
- Interviewing, presentation, counseling and facilitation skills
- Intermediate to advanced levels of proficiency in Word and Excel
- Ability to use well-developed and known analytical and diagnostic methods in addressing needs
- Ability to translate Human Resources Strategy into functional plans for areas of responsibility
- Excellent knowledge of all relevant labour legislation
