Group Human Resource Manager Needed
Salary: R14,000 - R25,000 (experience depending)

Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma/ Degree in Human Resoure Management and Practices or similar
- 5 years experience in a senior or management level HR role
- Valid South African Drivers License
- Own reliable vehicle
- The ability to travel locally
- The ability to work under pressure and within a fast paced enviroment
Brief job description
The company has multiple and varoius entities within its portfolio. There is one HR office which assists all the businesses within the group. You will manage and oversee 2 other people in the HR department. You will work alongside and report to the HR labour and law consultant.
Your role will be diverse and you will be expected to handle all aspects of Human Resources from onboarding - answering staff queries - drafting warnings - employment equity - grievance procedure.
You will be required to plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions of all the companies within the organization to ensure sound and effective people operations.
You will be required to travel nationally to the various companies within the group.
