Our client, a multinational company committed to developing solutions to provide sustainable nourishment, is looking to add a Human Resources Administrator to their location in Hillcrest, KZN, to provide assistance on a range of Human Resources related projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
- 3 years' experience in Human Resources with a proven track record
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Passion for people development, relationship building
- Exceptional problem-solving & analytical skills
- Good planning & project management skills
- Identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization. This may involve surveys, interviews, and data analysis to determine areas for improvement
- Design, develop, and implement learning and development initiatives
- Assist in managing organizational change by supporting strategies to help employees adapt to new processes, technologies, or organizational structures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of learning and development initiatives with organizational goals
- Ensure that learning and development initiatives comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies
- Facilitate programmes such as group Induction and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
- Act as point of contact for BBBEE for Skills Development Pillar
- Act as point of contact with disabled learnership service providers
- Track current bursary students ensuring payments and AODs are up to date
- Ensure that all payrolls and supporting rewards / benefits are effectively managed to support the business growth agenda
- Support and coordination of a specific projects as per management request
