Human Resources and Mobility Administrator
The Company
Our client is one of the worlds largest producers and marketers of copper, with mining operations and development projects in key mining regions of Africa, Australia, and America. They operate on a large-scale copper and cobalt deposits, both open pit and underground, with high-grade mineral reserves.
The Role
As the Human Resources and Mobility Administrator, you will ensure the delivery of HR administrative processes and global mobility, working in close partnership with the HR Business Partners and Payroll Management.
The Responsibilities
- Facilitate the end-to-end coordination of international assignments, including expatriate relocation, repatriation, and short-term assignments.
- Single point of contact for all employees and managers in the business for HR administration.
- Resolve day-to-day HR queries of the business and build relationships with internal stakeholders and service providers.
- Supports effective and efficient deployment of HR processes and practices including: Recruitment, onboarding, administer joiner, leaver, changes, and transfer processes.
- HRIS administrator, payroll admin, and reporting and filing.
- Mobility Coordination and Support.
- Specific experience with expatriate mobility is required.
- Experience with mobilization to-and-from the DRC is preferred.
- 5 years related work experience, including at least 3 years working in a global organization.
- Experience in the mining industry is preferred.
- Solid proficiency in MSOffice suite -Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong HR processes and system knowledge.
- A basic understanding of the business and some awareness of talent management, compensation, and benefits.
- SAP Success Factors Experience is Beneficial.
