Reporting to the HR BP Lead SA, you will be responsible for supporting various HR projects and initiatives on a one-year fixed-term contract. This role is integral in identifying skill gaps, managing training programs, and ensuring effective payroll management. The position is based in Hillcrest, KZN
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in HR or Industrial Psychology.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with a successful track record in the manufacturing industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability in people development, relationship building, and problem-solving.
- Ability to operate in a complex, dynamic environment.
- Design and implement learning and development programs.
- Manage organisational change and develop high-potential employees.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies in training initiatives.
- Oversee funding applications and submissions to SETA.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.
- Support various ad hoc HR projects as required.
