Our client is seeking a highly organised HR Administrator for a 6-month contract based in Cape Town to support our growing Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, and preparing job offer letters.
- Facilitate the on-boarding process for new hires, including administering orientation programs and completing necessary paperwork.
- Organise and maintain personnel records
- Assist with the entire recruitment function up until the selection of the successful candidate for the job.
- Related qualification: HR Diploma, Degree
- Minimum 2-3 years related experience
- Recruitment experience in Finance environment
- On-boarding experience
