looking to recruit a HR Administrator.
Job Purpose
To effectively action Recruitment, HR and benefit related admin transactions, in a centralized support function according to Company Policy, Process and Compliance within agreed SLA timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end to end processing of HR administrative functions relating to New Joiners, Current and Terminated Employees.
- Supporting the HRBPs in the companys recruitment process
- Process all integrity checks including ITC, criminal, qualifications and ID verification for candidates entering the workforce and employee movement.
- Preparing applicable HR documents as requested
- Organizing and updating employee personnel records in the People and Metro systems
- Providing professional assistance and support for incoming telephone, e-mail and system generated requests/queries within the agreed SLA timeframe
- Effectively manage tasks to ensure targets, deadlines and SLA requirements are achieved
- Providing Monthly input to payroll for processing
- Keep up-to-date with company policies and legal compliance requirements
- Weekly and Monthly reporting
- Daily planning on the shared HRA calendar
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure the overall success of related tasks
- Adhoc projects within the HR admin space.
