Requirements
- Matric required and National Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Minimum of 2-3 years in Hr Administration experience
- Knwledge of South African Labour Legislation
- Experience with timekeeping and payroll software (working with PRP and SAGE 300)
- Excellent verbal and written skills

- Ensure time and attandance system is approved on weekly basis
- Capture monthly payroll input to ensure accuracy
- Check correctness and accuracy of dummy payslips
- Check uploaded payroll changes (Promotion, banking details & payroll related changes)
- Leave reconcilliation
- Administration of termination documentation e.g UI19, certificates of service and withdrawal forms
- Administration of new engagement
- Assisting with payroll queries
- Schedule training on weekly basis (PJO, SOP, skills Training, Mandtory training
- Capture training on SAGE 300
- Upload triaing on sharepoint
- Prepare HR documentation as or when disciplinary action is performed
- Assisting as HR repressentative in disciplinary proceedings
- Assist with day to day opertions of the HR functions and duties
- Assist with all internal and external HR related enquiries or request
- Conduct nduction of new engagement
- Ensure that all filling is up to date (on sharepoint) and correctly filed on weekly basis
- Scanning employees on sharepoint and arrange taking minutes in Union meetings
- Assist n advertising of vacancies, schedule inteviews and reference checks
- Draft employment contract and general employee letters
