- Minimum a bachelors degree in human resources or business administration.
- Practical experience in the field of HR with focus on Time e.g. through relevant internships
- Minimum 3 year of experience in HR (Desirable 1-year SAP-HR background)
- Acting as second level contact for HR customers and providing advisory and responses to HR related inquiries via ticketing system
- Responsible to resolve HR related requests with level of complexity within area of expertise i.e. Time
- Provide support to the HR Services administrators on relevant HR processes (incl. definition, documentation, validation & training)
- Forward employee inquiries with regards to topics outside own area of expertise to respective colleagues when in-depth functional knowledge is required
- Act as Trainer for relevant processes within own key area of expertise (PY, PA and PT)
- Provide continuous support on audits and forecasting
- Supporting on relevant activities in regard to IT new requirements as well as processes (documentation, testing).
- Responsible for Time Reports (Business, Finance)
- Create JIRA stories for System Changes
- Printing of Payslips and Time Statements
- Ability to draft and deliver oral and written communications which conveys information (including complex information) in a simple and easily understandable manner.
- Interact with relevant stakeholders in a professional and appropriate manner.
- Alignment with HR Services colleagues to ensure South African and Group standards are met with HR Services initiatives and processes.
- Building and maintaining credible and effective working relationships with associates in and within the Group network.
- Consult with associates to create a better understanding of payroll matters.
