The junior business analyst will serve as an interface between Business, external IT partners and other information technology suppliers, to ensure optimal business processes and functionality is developed and maintained to execute the business strategy.
KNOWLEDGE required:
- Proficiency in business process mapping tools, preferably MS Visio and ARIS.
- Highly proficient in the latest versions of MS Office
- Proficiency in the Business Analysis methodologies, preferably BABOK.
- Familiar with Project Management methodologies, preferably PMBOK.
- Familiar with AGILE software development methods as part of SDLC.
- High proficiency in testing methodologies to manage five levels of testing.
- Creation of detailed test plans and test cases to support user acceptance.
- Facilitate workshops and conduct data gathering from business elicitation.
- Translate technical requirements into business and functional specifications.
- Present of business processes and system solutions to all stakeholders.

- Elicitation and documenting of business and functional requirements.
- Co-ordination of quality assurance and testing.
- Experience in Human Resources environment
- Thorough grasp of business fundamentals and strategic priorities.
- Some experience in a software development role.

Essential:
- Degree or National diploma in business analysis or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelors degree or National diploma in information technology
