- Manage the full talent acquisition process and ensure that the candidate experience is aligned to the company values and culture
- Manage end to end process of onboarding
- Maintain and implement up-to-date talent practices, procedures, and guidelines pertaining to end-to-end talent management in FUCHS Connect
- Maintain up-to-date top talent, critical skills, and succession data
- Maintain the FUCHS Connect and provide analytics, insights to make robust people and business decisions
- Lead the employer branding initiatives
- Support the performance management process
- NQF Level 7 Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or similar qualification
- 5-8 years experience in HR, at least 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition, Candidate on-boarding and other aspects of Talent management (preferably in manufacturing)
- Experience in HR Dashboards, advanced MS Excel and in-depth reporting
- Excellent knowledge of HR Risk and Compliance, managing HRIS including HR Policies and procedures
- Professional accreditation eg, IPM or SABPP will be an added advantage
